Due to the current lockdown in Uganda which has left all church gathering suspended and congregations discouraged, the thanksgiving day has been shifted from 7th July to August 21st after the Church Multiplication Conference of 12 to 13 August. This date is still subjected to changes if the current lockdown is tightened but it will stay as it is if the lockdown is lifted. We humbly request that you pray for yourselves that God protects you and strengthens your health.
According to the directives issued by the President of Uganda H.E. Yoweri Kaguta tibuhaburwa Museven on 6th June 2021, it detailed all ways for combating the second wave of coronavirus in Uganda. Among these is the immediate suspension of all church gatherings that have been collecting many people.
